Because of the length of the pole, it is easy to use it as a cord management system. Simply run the cords up through the pole and out of sight. Another great feature is the ability for the mount to attach to sloped or angled ceilings. The projector bracket can be adjusted up to a 45 degree angle and still attach to your projector. We love this feature because not all ceilings – commercial or residential – are made equal. Atdec was smart to design such a versatile mounting system.
Atdec’s design of the Telehook TH-WH-PJ-CM also includes functional adjustments for commercial and residential environments. For home theaters, this projector mount has a convenient quick release that frees the projector from the mount for maintenance or cleaning. Once finished, you can simply reconnect the projector. While this feature is also handy for commercial use, a key and lock system is available to lock the projector in place to prevent theft.
Atdec’s customer support setup is fairly standard. They have a technical support and customer service line you can call for assistance Monday through Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., PST. They also have an online technical support form you can fill out. You won’t find any FAQs or general information pages because each product’s page is well equipped with helpful information. On the Telehook TH-WH-PJ-CM’s product page, you’ll find technical specifications, a downloadable user manual, a 3D demonstration of the mount and an installation video. To help you a few years down the road, Atdec guarantees their projector mount with a 10-year warranty. Be sure to keep your original receipt though, since the warranty specifically states that they may require proof of purchase to initiate a warranty return.

We do wish the mount could support more than 33 pounds, but if you're purchasing a current projector, the weight capacity shouldn’t be a problem.
